Driving through Genessee, Idaho I came across this wonderful old brick building on the Main Street. I was intrigued by the arched windows and the detailed brick work but it sat there so lonely that I decided it needed an old friend, reminiscent of better days when people had time to sit and talk. The flower vendor seemed to embody the opportunity for someone to sit down and talk about the weather and the crops.
